IVAC's 112th Annual Dinner
Salad - Mixed greens with pineapple, strawberries, mandarin oranges, blueberries, candied pecans with raspberry vinaigrette
Sides - Parmesan baby bakers and oven roasted vegetables
Entrees - Parmesan encrusted chicken, New York Strip (prepared medium) with garlic butter sauce, Seared salmon with spinach and sundried tomato cream and sicilian pesto (farfalle pasta with sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, spinach in a sun dried tomato pesto cream sauce)
Dessert - Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding
