Emily Manternach -Mbody NMind is a Self Actualist.  She gets excited about seeing all of us succeed and grow.  She has worked in industry for 14 years in various engineering and leadership roles.  While working in industry she started sharing her enjoyment of yoga and has been teaching for 7 years.  As part of her success and growth she has developed community through Enjoy & Encourage and realized she is really walking each person home through coaching and helping others live their dream life.  She has been coaching others officially since 2019.  It truly is amazing seeing others feel better through wellbeing, kick off their business and feel supported, let their relationships expand and develop as well as heal for better overall living of their purpose for a life they love.
