Customer Service Representative
Posted: 02/02/2025We are excited to announce the opening of two part-time positions at our new Peru facility! We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team, each working 25 hours per week. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, excel in customer service, and possess strong computer and communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, problem resolution, and sales support.
- Maintain accurate and organized records using computer-based tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Some weekend shifts as part of the schedule rotation will be required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a sales and/or retail environment.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team setting.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse personalities.
