• Customer Service Representative

    We are excited to announce the opening of two part-time positions at our new Peru facility! We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team, each working 25 hours per week. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, excel in customer service, and possess strong computer and communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and other communication channels.
    • Assist customers with inquiries, problem resolution, and sales support.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records using computer-based tools.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Some weekend shifts as part of the schedule rotation will be required.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience in a sales and/or retail environment.
    • Ability to work well in a collaborative team setting.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse personalities.
