Jake grew up on a grain and livestock farm in LaSalle County, Illinois where he continues to be an owner/operator in the family operation. After graduation from Illinois State University with an Agribusiness degree in 2016, he went to work for a real estate company as a staff appraiser and obtained his Illinois Certified General Real Estate license. Jake has completed numerous appraisal courses provided by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA), the Appraisal Institute, McKissock, and the Equity Education Company.

With a desire to offer the most accurate and in-depth valuation service in the area, Jake formed Aubry Appraisals, LLC in the spring of 2023. Jake has performed appraisals on numerous types of agricultural and commercial properties throughout Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, and Wisconsin. With his vast appraisal experience coupled with his determination to provide the most thorough and seamless appraisal process for the end user, Jake and his team are ready to assist with any valuation need!
